High-Altitude Training & Peak Performance
Look, training at elevation changes everything. We've built something different here in Vancouver - a facility that mimics high-altitude conditions so you're pushing your body past what you thought was possible. Whether you're prepping for competition or just tired of hitting the same plateau, we'll get you there.
We're not your typical big-box gym where you're just another membership number. Every person who walks through our doors gets a real assessment, real coaching, and real results.
Been doing this for years now, and I've seen what works. The altitude simulation tech we've got isn't just some gimmick - it's legit performance science that pro athletes use. But you don't have to be a pro to benefit from it.
Programs designed to push you past your comfort zone
Short, brutal, effective. These sessions'll have you gasping, but that's kinda the point. We mix altitude work with HIIT protocols that torch fat and build serious conditioning.
Clean, jerk, snatch - proper Olympic lifting takes time to master. Our coaches've been competing and teaching for years. We'll break down every movement until it's second nature.
One-on-one attention when you need it. Sometimes group classes aren't cutting it, and that's cool. We'll build a program that fits your schedule, goals, and honestly where you're at right now.
You can't out-train a bad diet, sorry. Our nutrition folks'll sit down with you and figure out what's actually sustainable. No crazy restrictions, just real food strategies that work.
Before we start, we need to know where you're at. We'll test your VO2 max, power output, mobility, the whole deal. Then we'll retest every few months so you can see actual progress.
There's something about suffering together that builds community, y'know? Our group sessions are capped at 12 people max so you're still getting coached properly throughout.
Here's the deal - when you train in simulated high-altitude conditions, your body adapts by producing more red blood cells. More oxygen-carrying capacity means better endurance, faster recovery, and performance gains that stick around even when you're training at sea level.
I've watched competitive cyclists shave minutes off their times, weekend warriors PR their lifts, and regular folks just feel way more energized day-to-day. It's not magic, it's physiology.

First session's on us - no strings attached. Come check out the facility, meet the coaches, try a class. If it's not for you, no hard feelings. But if you're serious about taking your fitness to the next level, we've got everything you need right here on West Pender.
Suite 400 at 1285 West Pender - yeah, we're on the fourth floor but trust me, the elevator works. Parking's available in the building, or you can catch the SkyTrain to Burrard Station.
